There are NO REFUNDS on the portrait. The portrait is hand-drawn 24 hours upon order confirmation. There are refunds on the physical product. Your order confirmation will break down the difference of the physical product you purchase and the cost of the hand-drawn illustration.*ONLY EXCEPTION: A refund is requested within 24 Hours of an order, customer will receive a partial refund of $175. Portrait price starts at $200, so essentially you’re paying $25 to cancel your order before $24 hours.*After 24 Hours: No refunds for the portrait itself. Exchanges allowed are allowed within 14 days of receipt.Exchanges:
Allowed for the same product or another product of equal or greater value.Return Shipping:
Damaged Items: Return shipping cost covered by the company.
